Summit Ridge began some 10 years ago with a dream to build a planned private community nestled in the hills just west of Santaquin Utah. During these past years significant inroads were made in preparing infrastructure for the community and order affairs to build a beautiful and utilitarian community for residents of the community and the entire City of Santaquin. While the recession has slowed development, momentum is renewed now to more forward and finish the community. While this is a project that will take years, it is with confidence in ourselves, our contractors, brokers and business connections that we renew our efforts at this time.
Residential units are now being built and in two new sections engineered lots exist for 95 homes in the West Vistas area and 265 engineered lots in the Stone Hollow II area of the Residential areas.

Whether you are large or small, Summit Ridge Utah offers you a great opportunity for growth and income. Individual lots, single or small group of lots allow the smallest of contractors to build for their customers or build “on spec.” Moderate sized lot grouping are also available with added incentives and provide the midsized builder/contractor to put together a small sub community to be a part of our full Summit Ridge Utah Community. For the larger builders and contractors and brokers entire parcels are available for purchase with added incentives to provide for a larger piece of the “action” at Summit Ridge Utah.
TOWNHOUSES & GARDEN HOMES
Subsequent building areas include a section for townhouses and small garden homes to the south for provide options for the smaller budget or lesser space needs.
CUSTOM HOMES AND ESTATES
A large area for Custom Homes and Small Estate homes will be located to the west and north of the current homes. Subsequent additions include parks, walkways and an area possibly for the placement of schools.
